About Our Founder
Cleone T Stapleton-Simmonds is caring, passionate, and committed individual who has provided years of dedicated service to the island of Nevis both as a former teacher and a practicing, Barrister & Solicitor in the Federation of St. Kitts and Nevis, having been called to the Bar in November 2015.
Cleone is the owner of CTS-Simmonds Legal Chambers, a boutique law firm located in the heart of Charlestown, Nevis that specializes in property, civil and commercial law. She has served in the public service for over fifteen years first as a teacher and later as a Legal Counsel in the NIA Legal Department before joining the private sector as a Banker and Compliance Officer. She is a Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist and presently serves as the Vice President of Compliance at the Bank of Nevis International Limited.

The Lowland Community Development Foundation was established on July 12th, 2020 as a non-profit charitable organization. The foundation was founded with one simple aspiration -to make a difference in the lives of others through thoughtful, effective philanthropy
